I BUILD SYSTEMS
THAT MAKE
AMBITIOUS IDEAS
EXECUTABLE
Founder • Operator • Builder
I build businesses, systems and organizations using AI, automation and practical operating infrastructure to help small teams accomplish ambitious things.
WHAT I'M BUILDING
THREE MISSIONS. ONE OPERATING PHILOSOPHY.
Three separate organizations with different purposes, connected by a belief that focused teams equipped with the right systems can accomplish ambitious things.
AI + BUSINESS INFRASTRUCTURE
WESTLINGOS
Intelligent business infrastructure.
WestlingOS builds and manages connected systems that help businesses capture opportunities, communicate with customers, automate work and operate more effectively.
Never lose another inbound lead.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP + PLACE
RESTORE NEVADAVILLE
Exploring Nevadaville's future.
Restore Nevadaville is a private initiative researching what's possible for renewed activity, visitor experiences and responsible investment in this historic Colorado mining community.
Currently exploring what's possible.
PRESERVATION + PUBLIC HISTORY
NEVADAVILLE
HERITAGE FOUNDATION
Protecting Nevadaville's past
A fiscally sponsored nonprofit project focused on historic preservation, research, documentation, interpretation and sharing Nevadaville's history with the public.
Preserve. Research. Interpret. Share.
THE SYSTEM BEHIND THE WORK
AI ISN'T THE OBJECTIVE.
BETTER EXECUTION IS.
I believe small, focused teams can accomplish disproportionately large things when they're supported by the right systems.
That's the philosophy behind WestlingOS and an approach I use across the organizations and projects I lead.
Technology changes constantly. The systems supporting a business can't simply be installed and forgotten. They need to be measured, monitored, maintained and improved.
My approach is straightforward: combine capable people, intelligent technology and practical operating systems to turn ambitious ideas into executable ones.
BUILD. MEASURE. IMPROVE. REPEAT.
LET'S CONNECT
LET'S BUILD SOMETHING WORTH BUILDING.
Whether you're interested in better business systems, what's happening in Nevadaville, historic preservation, or simply want to connect, I'd be glad to hear from you.
